I was standing, then I was falling, so I crumpled to the floor. I laid straight out and triaged myself. Hubby was in the shower. Yes, I could have hollered for help, but I decided to see if I could get up on my own. I did! As soon as hubby came out, I told him about the fall.

NO. I don't know what happened. NO. I am not injured, except for a couple of bruises that will show up in a day or two YES. I will be very achy for the next week This is the reality of life with Young Onset #Parkinsons
