@zazzle I have a standard Zazzle Plus subscription. The site has been such a find for a cardmaker like me. Instead of paying another $30 for Plus Premium, would you consider offering those with Plus the ability to upgrade for $10 for the remainder of their subscription?

@zazzle you have the WORST company. Holy smokes. I ordered 3 items from you and all 3 have SUCKED so far. Not that I can get anyone to assist me with the latest f up. My "Wait time" has been 3 minutes for the last 25 minutes.

@zazzle horrible customer service !I advise anyone who with you to order wedding invitation or something very important. Do not order from dazzle. They do not have any customer service other than a chat feature ridiculous that you cannot talk to a person. It takes forever to use

@zazzle A parcel arrived addressed to me at my home address here in Melbourne, Australia. It arrived on the same day as a parcel that WAS meant for me arrived. After opening the incorrectly labelled parcel I see it was intended for a recipient in Miami in the US. Who can help?😩

@zazzle I have ordered invitations for an event and had envelopes addressed. I wanted the return address printed on envelopes too.. I received order and my return address was not on the envelopes. It was impossible to contact coustmer service to help me. I order return lables.
