@thetrainline I was able to purchase but at 8am this morning I wasnt allowed on my train because the app wouldn't open to show the barcode. Please put barcode in to email!!!

@thetrainline I was not allowed through the barrier at Crewe despite having a receipt and transaction code on my email. Your app apparently has not worked for two days but no mention of that on the website! How do I get my barcode for return journey and refund for my single?
