@united UA1590 another delayed flight and excessive baggage charge. United is on a roll. @united flew me to the wrong airport on the outbound part because they didn't know their plane was too big for an airport they routinely charge customers ( me) to fly to. 🤔

@United I'm embarrassed 4 u. I missed your message, in the middle of the actual flight, that my flight UA 964 Newark to Naples was cancelled. Ruining my trip and delaying with re routes 2 Rome. #disaster. How do you not know your plane is too big for an airport? #refund.
