Glue players will always find a role on a team. Kids that play hard, set great screens, share the ball, run the floor hard, work to defend & rebound. TALK! Not a glamorous job but a much needed role.

As much as coaches all love & need a shutdown, I feel for all the programs still actively trying to build a roster. Pushing the portal window back helped a handful of top schools, but put significantly more at an additional disadvantage.
