If the antibodies leave your system in 3-4 months and there all ready cases of people getting COVID more than once, not the mention strain mutation. How do you acquire herd immunity?

The problem with a herd immunity “strategy” is that would require a hideous death toll and would be ineffective on a population level—infections would continue at a lower rate and then flare up once the susceptible population gets big enough
