I know the importance of resources has skewed things, but Charlotte was a high quality mid-major program in the 2000’s.
I think Miller can get the 49ers back to that level. Great recruiting location and a better fan base than many realize

Cincinnati comes to an agreement with Wes Miller in which Miller will get 3.1 million, source told @TheFieldOf68. The deal was that Miller would get 4.9 million as of April 1, but this buyout allows him to be able to get another head job and get paid 3.1 mil.
