@TimOliver_Kray @DB_Bahn Ich hatte gestern & heute das gleiche Problem, Bahn konnte keinen Fehler finden. Ist wohl doch kein Einzelfall. Buchung 1te Klasse ging seltsamerweise. Ggf klappt es über next.bahn.de wie mir von @DB_Bahn empfohlen wurde. Viel Erfolg!

@_dknapp Ich sehe auch noch freie Plätze in der 1. Klasse. 🤔 Allerdings wird erst bei Abschluss der Buchung geprüft, ob diese frei sind. Evtl. liegt hier das Problem, dass es keine freien Plätze mehr gibt. Dann kannst du nur ohne Reservierung buchen. /ni

@DB_Bahn danke für den Tipp, leider gleicher Fehler. Habe es auch als Gast versucht ohne meinen Account. Buchen über Drittanbieter wie Trainline produziert ebenfalls Fehler, da muss also etwas nicht stimmen bei Ihrer IT...

@DB_Bahn Bizarr. Neben mir ist ein Herr mit dem gleichen Problem. Vergangene Tweets zu Ihrem Account berichten ebenfalls über diese Fehlermeldung. Sie tritt beim Bezahlvorgang auf. Haben Sie auch versucht zu zahlen? Die Nutzererfahrubg ist eine andere als bei Ihnen intern.

@_dknapp Mir wird keine Fehlermeldung angezeigt. Wenn du es online nicht buchen kannst, kannst du es nur vor Ort am Bahnhof kaufen oder als Online-Ticket über den ReiseService unter 030 2970. Eine andere Möglichkeit gibt es leider nicht. /ni

@_dknapp @EurostarJustinp I think there was a change in regulations, if I recall correctly.

"Can I get through?" "Yes you can!" Just realised that quite a few of our passengers may never have travelled on the older e300 trains before. They have fire doors between the coaches that close for the Channel Tunnel. You can still walk through by pushing the handle.
