@boohoo the absolute worst company going. Why is the only option available for my returns is on a gift card when it hasn’t even give me an option to choose? Then when trying go through customer service I am just told that it’s automatic and it can’t be changed?!!

Who is this vile woman? She doesn’t want to call a man who raped a 12 year old child a “child rapist” because she thinks “that’s a bit strong” Moves on to victim blaming saying she knows “sassy” 12 year olds. Calls a 19 year old man raping a CHILD a “mistake” and an “inappropriate holiday romance”. NO. He flew to the UK, groomed a 12 year old, raped her, was jailed for being a CHILD RAPIST and now he’s representing his country in the Satanic Olympics. Guess who can’t represent their country in the Satanic Olympics? Paedophiles who get the death sentence. Time to bring back the rope.
