Things #Teachers don’t talk about: How out of control #teachertwitter gets during the months of July and August. Teachers trying to get their lists cleared, tagging and even DMing donors and placing guilt trips in an attempt to get that iPad, slushie machine, or rug cleared.

@cmcfarland77 As a less frequent donor, I will tell you this process is frustrating. Some post list like it’s their actual job. Some lists never end. It’s about building relationships and trust. Sorry rant over

If you only show up to receive items during the summer I consider you to be a #clearthelist tourist. What a shame to be here for that and gone by the end of July.

Yes, I participate in #clearthelist , but I am here for interactions, entertainment, teaching ideas, etc. If you get an ipad, are continiously updating your list, and I am not seeing any lessons or school ideas… 🤨
