How can I ask my students to bring me in gym flooring for teacher appreciation week? As many of you know, I have been really struggling to get my health under control. I’m struggling with my bp again and now my doctor is making me feel like I should be concerned about my mammogram results. I already have diagnostic testing scheduled for Thursday. With that being said, I hate my new gym. It’s too big. There are too many people. I just don’t want to work out there. I loved the Y, but I’m not paying $1200 for a family membership. Instead, I’m going to re-do my basement and make my own gym. Well, I’m going to put down gym floor squares, add in some more free weights, and move around my treadmill so I can a dedicated workout space. I need to do something. People, take care of yourselves. You only get one shot at this life!

@DummScience I bought these last year after my sister showed up with one at the lake. It’s a similar concept, and it helps moms not feel like they have layers about layers of sunscreen on their hands after applying every kid and then themselves with sunscreen.

Best Summer Mom Tip I have: Buy a foundation brush and use it to put sunscreen on your kid’s face. Absolute GAME CHANGER! I just brush it on - super easy!

@CharleySeymour6 It’s very difficult. I still have my dad’s phone number saved. It’s hard to see. Praying you can find some comfort and peace.

@DummScience My mom died almost 3 months ago. It's hard. I sent a Facebook message today, and I was picking the person to send a message to, and she was on the list of people to select. It was surreal, and almost brought me to tears. It's tough.

8 years ago today, I received a call that my dad collapsed and was being rushed to a local hospital. Although they thought it was a heart attack, it was actually a brain aneurysm. I miss him every day.

Day 123 - 1.00 mi Total 313.00 Had to drag myself to the treadmill for my daily mile… didn’t even put on my watch, so here is my bare wrist.

@DummScience Just did my routine bloodwork (have high platelets for years) and back x-rays today. Scheduling my mammogram after summer starts.

This is why you get them regularly: The right breast shows no suspicious findings as compared to the prior examination(s), the most recent of which is dated 02/21/2025. On the left, nodule(s) are noted for which additional evaluation is necessary. FYI - I am not concerned. I’ve had some benign issues/surgeries in the past.
