@aalanazarr I’ve been seeing big cvr swings recently highly doubt it’s ad fatigue as it comes so sudden then seems lots of people having issues with meta recently

0-$1M with #ecom day 98 better than yesterday but still in the red. testing new campaign structures, forcing spend to all new concepts so no potential winners are lost. testing shorter video ads, similar to what has done well for me in the past. just need 1 or 2 more winning ads to hit 10K days. #trenching

reached 5,000 orders the other day. feels like i've learnt so much yet i still have so much to learn. the last 4 months have been crazy. next step 10,000 orders.

our client's ad account was down for 15 days and for most stores that's actually cooked for this store - email campaigns brought in almost $50,000 during that period haha store didn't die when ads went down - because there was a second channel holding everything together and here's why campaign sales are actually way more valuable than meta sales - people buying from emails are either repeat buyers or recovered customers, so margins are completely different the math: $50k from email campaigns at 70% margin = $35,000 pure profit $50k from meta alone at 20% margin = $10,000 profit same revenue. 3.5x more profit

Last 30 days: Revenue: 6k Ads: 2k Net: 1.7k Net %: 27% 2.8k in MRR locked in Gummie supplement brand, static ads only so far, barely touching the creatives or ad account. Completely dropshipped from china, most sales in UK and US so far. I don't have time scale it up, so either gonna hire someone else to run it of straight up sell it DM if interested in buying
