Looking for a Creative Strategist ASAP
What you'll do:
- Ideate and script new concepts and iterations (20-40 concepts p/m)
- Avatar/customer research
- Analyse meta ads with our team
- Work with our editors to bring concepts to life
- Launch ads and monitor ad accounts
- Use AI tools (claude) to create advertorials
- UGC / Influencer outreach and scripts
- Help further develop out creative workflow systems
- 20-40 concept tests per month
- Scope to grow into our marketing director as the team expands
Desireable experience/skills:
- Worked with DTC brands before as a CS
- Use clickup or similar for workflow
- Managed creators and editors as part of their workflow
- No agencies. I want a dedicated team member that's hungry to learn and grow. As we do well, we'll make sure you do well with our bonus structure.
Paying $2-$4k/pm (based on experience and expected output) + uncapped bonus structure

Firstly 4k base is a pretty decent salary for most, maybe not in the US but pretty much everywhere else it is and that's before any bonuses. It's definitely not "ridiculously low".
Plus, I wouldn't call writing 1 script a day, sending some briefs, uploading some ads etc "slaving away"... it's just a regular ass job. I do all of that RN and much more
There seems to be quite a bit of interest in the opportunity with this pay structure
If you can't keep good talent without overpaying then maybe money isn't your issue brother

@MaxFreeman772 20-40 concepts a month is solid volume but the real filter is which 3-5 actually move the needle. hire for someone who can kill the bad ideas fast, not someone who just cranks them out.

I rarely set min ad spend unless i’m extremely confident it’s a good ad but it hasn’t performed, or I want data on it fast

Quick Meta Ads question👇
I’m running 1 CBO campaign with a single ad set and multiple ads inside it. Right now Meta is putting almost all the spend on one creative.
Would you just keep adding new creatives into the same ad set and let the algorithm decide if they deserve spend, or would you force distribution by creating additional ad sets and setting minimum spend on them?
Curious how others handle this when one ad dominates the budget.

My personal Facebook account has been permanently deactivated for not following community standards
I don’t even use Facebook, I only use the account to manage my multiple BMs and ad accounts
So far, the ads, ad accounts, and BMs are all unaffected and ads are running
My appeal was rejected and so my personal FB account is perma banned
Has anyone else had this and know how to contact support?
I can’t log into meta to contact support directly…
All a joke tbh, any help appreciated

UPDATE - I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK
It seems there’s a lot of people in the same situation, and it only took 5 mins to get it back so here’s what I did:
- On Instagram subscribe to verification (can take 48hrs but mine only took 10 mins)
- This gives you direct access to a PERSON on live chat
- Explain what happened and they’ll (hopefully) reinstate your account like they did mine
