UPDATE - I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK It seems there’s a lot of people in the same situation, and it only took 5 mins to get it back so here’s what I did: - On Instagram subscribe to verification (can take 48hrs but mine only took 10 mins) - This gives you direct access to a PERSON on live chat - Explain what happened and they’ll (hopefully) reinstate your account like they did mine Good luck!

It only took me about 10 mins to get it back after buying the verification I’d dicked around for a week looking online for solutions plus i was on hol and had another admin so didn’t try to hard at first BUT, ive heard for others its taking much longer than the 10 mins it took me good luck though bro, meta are a bitch with zero accountability

@ecomwagyu @Meta based on that tweet it took about 7 days to get it back still. and the guy had to 1. buy meta verified and 2. wait up to 48 hours… if it works it works but this is absolutely insane…

@Meta I’m a brand owner and I have spent over a year building my brand and scaling my business. I spend over $1,000,000 a month on Meta ads. Like a lot of others I was recently banned on my facebook profile for no apparent reason. My profile (which was never used personally, but only ever to access my business manager) was the only admin on my business manager. I have lost my businesses facebook page, my pixels, and my ad accounts. All pages are still active and my ads are still active. Clearly I have not violated any of the community guidelines, however I was flagged by your AI systems for some reason. This is a huge problem. Meta’s AI system that reviews accounts is awful and unfairly flags profiles for no apparent reason. Once a profile has been flagged it is going to get suspended no matter what… I did the video selfie verification and was still suspended. And the BEST thing about all of this is that once your account is disabled there is absolutely NO way to contact support. Can this please be looked into! It has been over a week where i’ve had ads running on an ad account that I don’t have access too. I have sent countless emails to support for over a week only to receive emailed from people who don’t even know how to spell “This is” (they are likely AI automated emails) and they are absolutely no help at all. Me and pretty much every advertiser on your platform would seriously appreciate if we cut this AI nonsense because it clearly doesn’t work, and implemented some actual human review when it comes to our businesses. @MetaforBusiness @facebook @finkd

Firstly 4k base is a pretty decent salary for most, maybe not in the US but pretty much everywhere else it is and that's before any bonuses. It's definitely not "ridiculously low". Plus, I wouldn't call writing 1 script a day, sending some briefs, uploading some ads etc "slaving away"... it's just a regular ass job. I do all of that RN and much more There seems to be quite a bit of interest in the opportunity with this pay structure If you can't keep good talent without overpaying then maybe money isn't your issue brother

$2-$4k per month to do all this shit as one of the most in demand & sought out roles right now 😂😂😂😭😭😭 way too low, ain’t no way a high quality talent will ever stay here this is how you set your biz up for failure as soon as they get a better offer they’ll leave

@MaxFreeman772 20-40 concepts a month is solid volume but the real filter is which 3-5 actually move the needle. hire for someone who can kill the bad ideas fast, not someone who just cranks them out.

Quick Meta Ads question👇 I’m running 1 CBO campaign with a single ad set and multiple ads inside it. Right now Meta is putting almost all the spend on one creative. Would you just keep adding new creatives into the same ad set and let the algorithm decide if they deserve spend, or would you force distribution by creating additional ad sets and setting minimum spend on them? Curious how others handle this when one ad dominates the budget.

@DaveDiederen Any advice on structure and automations? Any tricks I wouldn’t think of on my own that make a big difference for you?
