Just wrapped up @shreyas Product Sense course. I can absolutely say my brain has been rewired in 1 week. This course isn't a shortcut to anything but high quality thinking. Definitely recommend to product and founder friends.

Don’t wait for permission or priority or a title to do the thing you think needs to get done. If something is broken or important to you, then make it important to the team. Orgs have a lot more latent energy than you think. Harness that and get it done.

@allenjhyang Yes if you curate your board correctly. Personally I find it helpful to be asked questions that identify gaps I didn't think of. I prompt the board to start with questions vs advice. So it can depend on how you think. Its good for rubber ducking.

@abbelc Have you found that ChatGPT actually serves as a good thought partner for this use case?

Have an idea and need to run it by some smart people? New trick I found that helps me refine product vision. Create yourself a board (of directors) and start a conversation until you have poked enough holes in your idea that it's ready to share... or kill.

Since Linkedin doesn't show anything but titles 🙄... I found a hack. I'm using @thirdpersonwork to share more depth about my work under my title because that work speaks for itself.
