ChatGPT's Default & Premium Models Search The Web Differently
Great article from @MattGSouthern
GPT-5.4 cited brand websites at a far higher rate than GPT-5.3.
There was almost no citation overlap between models on the same prompts.

@nichegrownerd What's your main source of traffic? Organic search?
English

@vicberggren @lilyraynyc When I start reading an article and realize it's AI-generated...it's an instant turn-off. These articles have high bounce rates and do nothing to inspire brand trust.
English

@adcrookes @lilyraynyc Easy value. When you get outside the AI sphere and talk with regular people AI is highly unpopular for a variety of reasons. I see that as demand for human-led.
English

This feels inevitable for all platforms.

Most of our qualified lead flow comes from X-booked calls.
Where most founders spend their time:
• Instagram reels
• TikTok trends
• YouTube Shorts
Where the actual B2B money is:
• X/Twitter DMs
• LinkedIn conversations
It's less production, way higher revenue per impression, and less competition than Instagram or TikTok.
If you run a service business and you're ignoring X and LinkedIn, you're skipping the two platforms where buyers actually make decisions.

@nichegrownerd What’s the traffic threshold hold? Haven’t been following

Good news 🎉🙌
Two more sites just got accepted into Mediavine Journey - making it a total of 5 sites on Journey right now.
- 2 on Ezoic
- 5 on Journey
- 1 almost ready for Raptive
6 are still in review on Journey
If you’re not inside the Build-With-Me Plan right now, seriously what are you doing?
You’re missing out on SO much while 63 members already scale their site(s) with me

@DougKennedy93 SuperX is very good. And that’s coming from someone who is extremely sceptical about scheduling tools in general
English

@WhiskyToad I generally take impressions on GSC with a grain of salt
English

@vicberggren @lilyraynyc Absolutely correct. Probably gonna have to use this quote in a post soon and attribute it to you, of course.
English

@seosagez @RyanJones Super interested to see this thread. Did you post it?
English

I'll make thread on this tomorrow 📌
@RyanJones is right by 80% and I'll explain why and how.

keyword cannibalization in SEO is a myth. having a 2nd page optimized for the same keywords cannot hurt your first page. that's just not how a search engine works at all. The concept exists nowhere in the yandex source code, google API leak, or any information retrieval textbook I've ever read.
English

@lilyraynyc I'm pretty sure this is an unspoken rule that most algos enforce now. Duplicate Instagram reels have seen less reach for a while
English

@JespernissenSEO Yes, I did briefly wonder about LinkedIn Pulse! Haha
English

@adcrookes Yes, I use it to index my Linkedin posts, and its very effective for that. Not Linkedin Pulse, as they wont index though...
English

Indexing of social media posts using primeindexer.com
I just posted across 8 social media platforms, and got all posts indexed in 5 minutes..
I use my own primeindexer for it. Its perfect for indexing of especially social media posts, I personally get almost all posts indexed...
Check it out, you need it if you are doing parasite seo..

@glenngabe Android has 70% market share, so this is extremely good news for Gemini adoption.
English

Gemini’s task automation is here and it’s wild (starting on the Galaxy S26).
Everyone has been focused on agents on the desktop, but this is Gemini running on your phone completing tasks...
"The first prompt I gave it was pretty simple: order an Uber to the airport. Gemini asked for clarification to determine which airport (a good question to ask!), then it went through a couple of steps on its own: adding the destination and opting to skip the step where you specify your airline, which doesn’t really matter at my local airport since it’s all in one terminal. As promised, the system stopped before the final step and prompted me to review the details before putting in the request for a car." theverge.com/tech/893820/ge…
