In our new paper published in @ActaCrystD, we describe how you can utilize salmon sperm DNA to prevent the aggregation of proteins on #CryoEM grids. The method is simple - add 5 ul of pre-boiled DNA on your grid, blot it, add your sample, vitrify it, and see the result. More ⬇️⬇️
