@AveragingBogey I don’t interrupt DOAC for all ablations and always give at least a bolus of IV heparin for all my right sided ablations. Thrombosis/PE is a known complication of any venous access and little down side to heparin in my experience.

Never had this happen. Have done ALOT of cases with the decanav in this position in the CS. Presumably wouldn’t have known about this if it weren’t for the steam pop, only time I’ll ever be grateful for one!!

#EPeeps. Typical AFL ablation, term w CTI line, then induce AVNRT on EPS, ablated SP. had a steam pop at SP so quickly put ICE back into the heart (routinely use it for CTI as I did here), and saw this:
