@Vertu_CustCare I will leave this with @renault_uk now but as a two-week-old customer of the brand, the service I received today is beyond shocking, the vehicle is booked in for the 3rd of June, just as well it doesn't take two months to buy a car isn't it !

@VertuMotors brand new Renault 4 on lease, 2 months to get the car seen despite having a recall and an issue, never left the dealer without the recall being attended to, it was supplied by Vertu Bradford.. 2 months ! Official complaint sent to Renault UK, the car is 2 weeks old

@OctopusEnergy so as a long-standing customer, next week I will start the process to switch, the service over the last week has been beyond shocking, broken promises and an absolute mess. Such a simple process which they can't even get right. No fix still ! 1/2

for some reason I keep seeng tweets with individual complaints for @OctopusEnergy for balance for folk thinking of switching I've been years with them including using 2 EV's. by far the best supplier I've had including the customer service and response for the one issue I had.
