Hey folks! So had a bit of a stroke there as I know many of you’ve heard. @MrsHoegLaw has been doing an absolutely amazing job keeping me apprised of all the wonderful thoughts and more coming from all of you here on the Internet.

@MrsHoegLaw I'm a strong believer in good (also bad) energy flows. Whether you call it praying or good vibes or visualization or pixie dust - it can work magic, especially if so many good people join forces. Praying for that rehab bed for Rick and strength for you.

I’m going to title this morning’s thought: Be Careful What You Complain About Back in September, they changed our school start time to begin 35 minutes earlier. I could be captain of the “not a morning person” club. Waking up earlier sounded awful. 🧵

@MrsHoegLaw We're all ready to take your kids to school as early as needed, bake them cookies, help with homework, wash the dishes and answer all the hard questions just to take a bit of the burden off your shoulders. Just need to schedule a rota.

Even if you’ve already seen every episode of H&H / VL, (re)play it again 🤍.

@LumberLaw Isn't this stipulation weird? How could he still have any access to any FTX/Alameda assets after declaring bankruptcy and having been charged with one of the biggest financial frauds in American history? The redaction of the identities of two bond sureties is even weirder.

SBF pleads not guilty (no surprise). Trial set for 10/2/23. Surprisingly absent from these reports is the modification to SBF's bail to add a condition prohibiting SBF from accessing or transferring any FTX or Alameda assets (incl. assets purchased w/ funds from FTX/Alameda) 🧐
