A storm chaser from Dallas Texas who tried to pay younger chasers and minors money to stay with him in hotel rooms and drive with him. He is 65+ years old. The only reason I recognized this is 5 years of recognizing people’s tweet styles (chronically online) no teens tweet like someone from the 1990s who pity parties and question marks everything. Also comments underneath similar chasers he’s interacted with before with similar questions. I confirmed with chasers who he tried to chase with him / pay money. Also does not exist as a name in Blair Nebraska / have any other social media
