Let's unpack this.. What if the White House has no intention of reopening the Strait of Hormuz? What if this war is really about ships & tariffs? I had a long discussion with senior DOE official yesterday on background. I can’t share any details but it’s clear everyone’s Strait of Hormuz calculus is wrong. @ReubenR80027912 We’ve avoided the casualties only bc it’s been purely an air campaign so far, and I think it’s clear that Trump expected it to be a short one à la Venezuela. Now we’re being drawn into a land war, where the casualties will begin to mount

I don’t believe this. I’ve read a couple articles and I assume I’m in the minority tbh. Maybe this is true simply because there aren’t popular blog platforms (Substack is the only one I use), but I assume this has been heavily botted, and also heavily pushed with the competition

We tried something. It didn’t work. And we took those learnings and decided to reward Articles instead of single posts. Articles have grown 20x since December and they are now the largest blogging product on the internet by traffic. In consumer product development, you sometimes take non-linear paths to discover opportunity.
