a web design agency owner told me he's afraid AI is going to kill his business.
saying the value of his work is dropping, how clients might not need him in the future. basically building his own case for why he should quit.
bro, if ai can do what you've been selling, you’re selling the wrong thing to begin with.
clients don't pay agencies for pixels and code.
they pay for judgment. taste. someone who's seen enough to know what works. strategy that comes from years of execution.
that's your moat.
and now ai lets you scale that further and faster than you ever could before.
there has never been a point in history where you could produce more output, in less time, at lower cost, than right now
you could take on 3x the clients without dropping an ounce of quality, cut your delivery time down, and make more than you've ever made.
if anything, the work gets better because you're spending less time on production and more time on the thinking that actually moves the needle.
and your takeaway from that is to be upset?
get in the trenches and figure out every possible way to use that to your advantage instead of sitting around worrying about how it's hurting you.
