Yes, you’re totally right! But I think some clients prefer visual aesthetics over performance. Once, a client rejected my redesign because it was cleaner and simpler than his original. He told me the Canva template, with its stars, random shapes, and a 10-word paragraph, made it look more visually appealing than my design.

Designer A spends hours manually cutting out complex selections and matching perfectly realistic rim light. Designer B uses rough cutouts, spends that saved time studying the competitor's hook failures, and ships a concept that outperforms the channel's average by 4%. Guess who gets the contract renewal.
