@Athleta delivery person refused to deliver a parcel. He refused to give it to concierge and put it back into his car. He said that concierge (me) refused to accept it. I asked hik numerous times to give it to me.

@Athleta I received my order with an item missing and a sweatshirt that I didn't order. I called on 12/30. Returned wrong item and you received it 1/5. Two calls and a chat later and you still owe me $86.36!

Hey @Athleta , I placed 4 orders the past 3 days, one over the phone with your cust serv team. All were cancelled because of a fraud alert on your end that clearly is a technology issue. You lost a loyal customer for life because your customer service team told me they can't help

@Athleta My account was used to place a fraudulent order without my consent. I have been trying to reach the customer care since, but they are completely unhelpful. tried getting it blocked but the reps are as incompetent as one can be. Please refund my money immediately.

Personally cancelling any future orders with @Athleta even though half my closet is their brand. They sent the wrong item, I asked for the right item, but instead they sent me through some half assed claim management system. Claim denied. #athletasucks

@Athleta When I asked how to return the coat, I was told to use the QR code and I would get a refund when I dropped it off at a UPS store. I chose this way because of I was told to use the QR code and did not have to return it to a store, since I bought it online. 15 days is poor service

@Athleta I am a long time customer and I am having a problem with a return. It has been 12 days and still no refund issued to my credit card. First, I was asked to wait 15 days and now even more. This is NOT good.

@Athleta has to badge the worst shipping. Ordered something I could pickup at my local store (no idea why I ordered it online) and it will take 2 weeks to get to me so I can’t wear it for what I needed and I can’t cancel the order since it already shipped and I used my Athleta points for it. So now I’ll pay full price for a pair that I can pick up in the store. 😑 *when I purchased them online on Saturday it said 7-9 days which would be the 10th not the 14th

We asked @Athleta to please refrain from illegally dumping their garbage in the pit that we just replanted two weeks ago. Staff was rude and dismissive to @East86th volunteer. Please tell Athleta to be a better neighbor. Store is at 1517 Third Ave bet 85th and 86th. Please share

Always nice when you go to make a @Gap purchase and you review your purchase and Apple Pay shows you it’s $50. But the. Apple Pay alerts you $144 charge because it randomly added an @Athleta purchase after you agreed to the $50 purchase. Meanwhile, gaps website customer service says there’s nothing they can do. 😡

@Athleta I am at the Georgetown location with a pair of defective leggings (the crotch seam unraveling after <4 months) & your team (Kayla & Carlos) says they are unwilling to exchange for a new pair. Is this really your policy? How could I shop with you again? I’m very shocked.
