@gap is the absolute worsttttttt!! Said ups was the carrier for my package !! Just to lose my package because they sent my items through roadie which was not listed on my order or original receipt 🧾. Their managers unprofessional their corporate REPRESENTATIVE CUSTOMER team suck

Purchased a track pant from @Gap via @myntra, and after just one mild wash, it developed severe discoloration. Disappointed with the quality from a global brand like Gap. Since the return/exchange window has closed, Myntra has not been responsive. Expected much better.

Called @UPS because they wouldn’t deliver my package to the UPS Access Point. A service that @Gap offers. UPS tells me to call Gap because they don’t offer access point pickup from Gap & UPS can’t change the address because Gap has that feature restricted 🤦🏼‍♀️

Is it a common store policy for @Gap not to sell the last shirt of a certain design. Buying my son a Knicks shirt and they have his size but the employees refuse to sell to my husband because it is the last one. This is the store on Broadway and Cortland. Just found it unusual

I still can't believe @Gap is telling me they can't refund me for a package they admit to losing themselves, simply because I realized it after the time frame stipulated in their policies. What if they had refunded me instantly upon realizing they'd lost it? Why is my fault?
