@Gap i am very disappointed. I ordered two things today, it let me process and gave me the correct total but once payment through, it said only one item got confirmed because the second item is sold out. If someone is middle of payment, why will you sell that item to someone else???

@Gap disappointed in the quality of your merchandise and staff. Shirt had a hole went to return at Merrick, NY location and was met with nasty manager who refused to take it back. I even asked her to call corporate and she refused. I have been a gap cardholder for over 20 yrs.
