If a group is 50% of the population then they should account for roughly 50% of a given action. If a group is 0.5% of the population but does 5% of a given action its a problem-

A trans shooter in Canada killed ten people. Trans mass shooters are off the charts on a per capita basis — Minneapolis, Nashville, now Canada — an honest country would be debating ending trans treatments because the people being treated are mentally unwell and uniquely violent.
