@RoyalMailHelp or @RoyalMail - can someone please reply to one of my DM messages? I have a customer desperately waiting for their wedding invitations that were sent 'next day' on the 7th and still haven't arrived!

Customer service @RoyalMail really poor. Waited 45 mins to speak to an advisor then once we explained the issue were told we needed to sisal to someone else and then were cut off. Have redialled and been advised by the recorded voice that the wait is currently 50 mins 😡

December comes around and all hope of getting parcels delivered on time, even when using Special Delivery "guaranteed" next day, using @RoyalMail goes right out the window!

@bookish_wiccan_ @RoyalMailHelp I sent something to Italy on the 26th of July (Royal Mail) and it didn't arrive until the 6th of September, and the tracking info didn't update until the day it was delivered.

I sent a parcel to Italy about a month ago and it's been saying leaving the UK for a month, is it still in the UK or has it gone? @RoyalMailHelp

@parcelforce Hi - I've sent a parcel to Finland (Helsinki) and the tracking page is saying the recipient needs to collect the parcel from their local depot, but they weren't left a card and it doesn't give any information on the tracking page about how to locate it. Any advice?

Need to tell you all that Fred and Paddy are two of the kindest people I’ve worked with. We’re good pals and I’ve never felt remotely picked-on. I’m small - so what? We all give as good as we get. And who gets to slide the supercars? Me! It’s just telly, and I’m loving it!
