@MissYankee Nobody is doubting his defensive skills but he will hit under .240 with 30HRs and is not worth 22 million dollars.
Yankees overpaid Grisham to block the way of 2 young center fielders from playing on the big club and paying a better RH outfielder than Grichuk in free agency.
The Pirates should've traded Paul Skenes to the Yankees if they offered Cam Schlittler, Spencer Jones, Carlos Lagrange, and George Lombard Jr., says @JimBowdenGM.
@SleeperYankees Yes!

Jazz and Rice need to put the ball in play more.

@JessicaTarlov If DJT is a King for doing what is best for USA then you should see what the Queens of Massachusetts are doing on the state level. Democrats are the most corrupt politicians we have ever seen in our lives. The fraud on our citizens/taxpayers is real.

Republicans can mock the No Kings protests all the want, but the reality is it just grew from 6 million to 8 million people in a few months. 3,300 rallies in all 50 states, many in suburbs and small towns.
Meanwhile, Republicans in Congress see the writing on the wall. A record 36 are retiring early. Donald Trump is sitting around 40% approval at best, closer to the low 30s by some measures.
When a president is under 50%, their party historically loses an average of 34 seats in Congress. Democrats only need a handful of seats. The energy is real and it is growing.
@WZ24@OleTimeHardball Nobody said he wasn’t using something during an era where everyone used something but he never tested positive. He didn’t cheat the sport. He played within the rules of his era.

@allenanalysis 8 million people around the world
That’s 0.1%
Not exactly a lot
Maybe we can put all those people in one country and watch them eat themselves alive.
🚨 Official count confirmed:
More than 8 million people participated in No Kings Day today.
One of the largest single-day demonstrations in American history.
3,000 cities. Every state. Every coast.
Philadelphia. Atlanta. Dallas. St. Paul. DC. San Francisco. San Diego. New York. London. Tel Aviv. Scotland.
And counting.
To put 8 million in context:
The Women’s March in 2017 — the previous record — drew an estimated 3-5 million.
Today more than doubled it.
8 million Americans didn’t just protest today.
They sent a message that cannot be ignored, cannot be dismissed, and cannot be spun.
The founders settled the kings question in 1776.
8 million Americans settled it again today.
@MissYankee One is significantly more marketable than the other. The goal is to fill seats, sell merchandise, and create memorable branding. The “game” comes second.
@MissYankee I like this line up vs a lefty pitcher. The main players Judge Bellinger Stanton Wells Jazz Caballero stay.
Goldy Grichuk and Rosario rotate in with Grisham Rice and McMahon.
It’s perfect and stay with it all year.
Would you trade Cam Schlittler, Carlos Lagrange, George Lombard Jr., & Elmer Rodriguez for Paul Skenes?
The Yankees tried to trade for Skenes at last year’s trade deadline & the Pirates would not listen to any offers, per @JonHeyman
Yankees schedule to start the year:
- 3 game series against the SF Giants⚾️
- 3 game series against the Seattle Mariners⚾️
- 3 game series against the Miami Marlins⚾️
- 3 game series against the Athletics⚾️
12 games, what do you predict their record to be after this span of matchups?

@MissYankee Grisham is a great OF nobody is doubting that. A .220 average with 35 HRs once is not worth 22 mil. When you have two guys in AAA that could do better than him offensively.
He never should have been offered a qualifying offer. He wasn’t worth it and now is blocking young talent.
Before everyone starts bashing Grisham give the guy a chance this season. He came thru big time last year for the team and will again. The Grisham hate is so unfair.
I want to see Jasson play as much as anyone else. But when you are THIS unplayable in the outfield while also having some noticeable flaws with your swing, man...And I'll reiterate for the 100th time, I confidently think this kid will be something important for the team long term. But this product right here is not more valuable going into next year than what Grisham gives to the team. This is legitimately worst fielder in the league shit.
