@Rick_Pescatore Like everything in medicine, it's a delicate balance. I find that residents consistently fail to consider this diagnosis and over-image. Failure to make the diagnosis does the patient zero favors and potentially is harmful. On the other hand, premature closure is problematic.

@Rick_Pescatore Fantastic! I have two 12 lead ECGs of VF from patients with LVADs. Two of my favorite. But, yes, generally poor form.
