MEET THE DIGNITY INDEX CODERS @TheDignityIndex , a project of UNITE and Tim Shriver looking to ease divisions and prevent violence, is, in a few words, a social change experiment. Quoted from the 2023 Utah Pilot Project Technical Summary, University of Utah President Taylor Randall says, "The Dignity Index relies on one of the most ancient tools for social change in the history of human beings--conscience. When we see how often we use contempt and how harmful it is, we see we're a part of the problem, and that makes us part of the solution." The Dignity Index partnered with University of Utah, Kem C. Gardener Policy Institute, David Eccles School of Business, and Hinckley Institute of Politics, claiming to have chosen students with politically and ideologically diverse backgrounds, to pilot a system where they would help determine a scoring mechanism for speech. Turns out they are not so diverse after all. Rather it seems like these schools are serving as incubators to install radicalized students into various think tanks, nonprofits, and government positions across the country. 🧵

🧵🚨 THREAD: How Mormon Women for Ethical Government fits into a State Department–backed effort to remake America 🚨 Every Utahn needs to read this and be aware of the coup that's happening within their borders. Recently, Mormon Women for Ethical Government (MWEG) secured a court victory and a safe Democratic seat in a new map through a judge's ruling. The Utah legislature must impeach the judge -- not only because of their activism, but also to send a message: Utah will not permit outside backed NGOs to infiltrate and succeed in their plan to turn America into a democracy. That's right. Mormon Women for Ethical Government is not who they seem to be. They are part of an "interfaith" ecosystem to infiltrate Utah and LDS and transform America from the bottom up. I have the receipts. As always, patience as I pull together the thread. 👇

Just one month before Charlie Kirk's assassination, a young cross-dressing man in Utah requested the death penalty for himself after confessing to murdering both his parents and attempting to murder his brother. This story received little media interest

@CurtisHouck Matt Gutman should be fired from reporting. This is disgusting. This isn't some love story rejected by society where the partner has to prove himself to the other partner. This was a public assassination.

DISGUSTING: ABC’s Matt Gutman says he’s not sure “if we have seen an alleged murder with such specific text messages” that were “very touching, in a way, that I think many of us didn’t expect — a very intimate portrait into this relationship between the suspect’s roommate and the suspect himself, with him repeatedly calling his roommate, who is transitioning, calling him ‘my love.’ And ‘I want to protect you, my love.’” “So, it was this duality of someone who the attorney said not only jeopardized the life of Charlie Kirk and the crowd, but was doing it in front of children, which is one of the aggravating circumstances of this case. And then, on the other hand, he was, you know, speaking so lovingly about his partner. So a very interesting and, as Pierre said, riveting press conference.”

🚨 NEWS: As authorities track down the assassin, I spoke with an eyewitness whose car and aunt's driveway are seen in the newly released footage of the "person of interest" in the assassination of Charlie Kirk. This eyewitness was walking down the street minutes before the "person of interest" is seen walking toward campus.

Bad policy hurts people. The Utah Compact on Immigration is more evidence that schemers are always ten steps ahead of people of goodwill. I don't believe that those who signed it realized the agenda they were supporting. The fact that it came out a year into the Obama Administration, was a joint venture of The American Immigration Council and Welcoming America on the Gateways for Growth Challenge, is a red flag to start with. When you see all the globalist machinations it took to get this in place in Utah - the first state in America to sign it, you realize that we have indeed been played - again. Below is the text of my article: Unpacking the Utah Compact By Phil Lyman 07/20/2025 The Utah Compact on Immigration, signed on November 11, 2010, and reaffirmed on March 21, 2019, marked the beginning of a sweeping agenda to shape Utah policy. Two questions that must be asked are, “Who are the people crafting the Compact?” and “What is the impetus behind the Compact?” What is the Utah Compact on Immigration? The Compact was originally signed by 133 individuals and 135 organizations. These were not elected representatives; they are prominent community and church leaders in Utah who, apparently, took it upon themselves to set the “tone” of Utah’s immigration discussion. From their website, theutahcompact.com/about: “The Utah Compact was developed over several months by groups and individuals who were concerned about the tone of Utah’s immigration discussion. The Compact is based on Utah values, and we urge our leaders to use these guiding principles as they address the complex challenges associated with a broken national immigration system.” Who wrote the Compact? Was it the result of a symposium of concerned citizens who organically came together? No, it was a document crafted by the Partnership for a New American Economy, now part of the American Immigration Council, a DC-based special interest group funded by George Soros’ Open Society Foundation and working hand in hand with the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center. Understand that these compacts (i.e., contracts) were not the product of the respective legislatures, though many of them were later adopted through legislation. This was a deliberate sleight-of-hand action taken by a small handful of Utah elites, using the Open Society Foundation and Southern Poverty Law Center as partners in the execution, to move an agenda that would destabilize the states, create a crisis, and justify the rollout of socialist measures. If this sounds conspiratorial, it is because you have been told that there is “nothing to see here” for far too long. Unsurprisingly, Governor Spencer Cox has stated multiple times, including as recently as April 2025, that he supports, believes in, and reaffirms the Utah Compact. The Compact has spawned executive and legislative action. It helped to justify the adoption of DEI as an official and well-funded initiative in Utah. It emboldened the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute to declare Utah “the cradle of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” from Klaus Schwab’s (WEF) book titled The Fourth Industrial Revolution. It created what may be the greatest collapse in housing affordability in the nation’s history - right here in Utah. It justified extreme measures in Utah’s elections to ensure that policymakers are selected, not elected. Transparency in Utah has been deemed incompatible with the “tone” desired by the elites. Parents have been deemed enemies of the education system. Utah’s COVID response was an exercise in just how far otherwise intelligent people would allow their government to plunder their resources and usurp every aspect of their individual and family liberty. It is ironic that the Compact itself claims to espouse a “free society” by conflating all immigrants, legal and illegal, as integral to Utah’s “culture, history, and spirit of inclusion.” This is gaslighting at its finest. Worse than that, the Compact wraps itself in the American flag, the Utah flag, religion, and virtuous language—not because it is patriotic, religious, or virtuous, but to give it an air of virtue; to commandeer ideas that rightfully belongs to free people. “A FREE SOCIETY Immigrants are integrated into communities across Utah. We must adopt a humane approach to this reality, reflecting our unique culture, history and spirit of inclusion. The way we treat immigrants will say more about us as a free society and less about our immigrant neighbors. Utah should always be a place that welcomes people of goodwill.” Utah Compact The Utah Compact was the first of its kind, but other Compacts, inspired by the Utah Compact, have popped up in Texas, Florida, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Georgia. These “Compacts” are not legislative, executive, or judicial. They are not a people’s referendum. They are part of a plot – a scheme – a machination forced into existence through contrivance. Perhaps the signers of the Compact were ignorant to the full scope of this Marxist instrument. If so, they should now rescind their endorsement and acknowledge that they were unaware that this document would be used as the basis for creating, to use the Kem Gardiner Institutes words, a “New Utah,” complete with a new Utah flag signifying a conquered state. “The New Utah: Keepers of the Flame” This is a pattern here in Utah. The Envision Utah crowd, which includes a cadre of would-be oligarchs, is not being duped, and they are not just pushing an agenda, this is organized plunder. As I was driving by my local high school, on the chain-link fence surrounding the football field spelled out in colorful ribbon are the words “Be Kind, Resilient, Loyal, Productive.” Now, these words, taken by themselves, are not offensive. Few would argue against them. But when they are posted as a slogan in a place of prominence, by school students, undoubtedly guided by some school counselor, they are unsettling, at least with some. Nazi youth slogans used loyalty and resilience to manipulate. “Kind” and “Productive” are very much in line with the virtuous rhetoric of the Nazi Youth movement and with collectivization of the Soviet Union under Stalin. The Stakhanovite movement, for example, was named after Alexei Stakhanov, who exceeded his coal-mining quota dramatically. The movement glorified workers who surpassed their production quotas. “Work hard, exceed the plan” was another Soviet slogan. “Be kind and productive” may be suitable words for a father raising his children, but it is entirely different when it an institution, especially when that institution, i.e. the NEA, has already labeled parents “domestic terrorists.” From the back cover of the Kem Gardiner Institute Publication, “The New Utah: Keepers of the Flame”: 📷 Or, for those who no hablo inglés: 📷 “Utah’s economy has become elite” So, here we have a group of elites, proclaiming that Utah will serve as a cradle of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and labeling Utah’s economy as elite. (If elite means that few are able to participate, then they are spot on. They say that Utah “demonstrated considerable strength relative to other states during the COVID-19 pandemic.” It is true: millionaires and billionaires were created as a result of the pandemic, but many people were severely damaged economically and have never recovered. The point is that words and slogans matter. Motive matters. When you are about to sign a contract, not only does the language of the contract matter, but the motive and reputation of the other signatory with whom you are contracting. If you find that the contract is with an entity that is not trustworthy, don’t sign it! In a society that values the rule of law, process is more important than the final product. The Utah Compact came through the back door, as have so many of Utah’s policies since its adoption. Schemers are always ten steps ahead of people of goodwill, but that is changing, especially here in Utah. It takes great effort not to see what is happening to our great state. We can accept the crafted narrative of the Cox administration (which is a continuation of the Herbert administration, which was a continuation of the Huntsman administration, which was a continuation of the Leavitt administration, with Olene Walker making a brief appearance)—a narrative of fair elections, lower taxes, and a booming economy—or we can acknowledge that Utah’s embrace of Obama-era policies includes destroying our energy economy as a sacrifice to the global climate change ruse, implementing DEI that justifies boys competing in girls’ sports, drag queens waving their junk in front of kindergartners, espousing gender fluidity nonsense, giving millions of dollars to environmental groups like The Nature Conservancy and the Audubon Society to buy water shares from farmers in the name of “saving” the Great Salt Lake, and watching as legislators who are also lobbyists for groups like The Nature Conservancy manipulate the legislature like it is their own little club of cronies. Most of us are not anti-government; we are anti-corrupt government. The more we learn about “The Utah Way,” the more amazing it is in its lack of sophistication. Even more amazing is that it is still propped up by so many nice people, concerned more about the “tone” of their disagreement than with the collapse of Utah. Bad policy hurts people. It is time to see the Compact for what it is: a red herring designed to manipulate policy in Utah for the benefit of the developer class. Phil Lyman is a CPA, former County Commissioner, State Legislator, and 2024 candidate for Governor of Utah. He has been a strong advocate for election integrity and fights corruption in government. He was prosecuted in 2014 for misdemeanor conspiracy to trespass and was sentenced to prison in the Purgatory Correctional Facility. He was later pardoned by President Donal Trump.

🧵 THREAD: How Utah Houses Migrants Salt Lake City and surrounding areas have experienced a significant boom in population driven by international migration. All around Salt Lake County, multifamily housing is going up. In one year alone (2023-2024), the Salt Lake City metro area gained 19,124 international migrants. Given Salt Lake City proper has only about 209K people, that is a significant change. But, who's paying for this housing? I did some research and am sharing my compilation here. (Patience as I slowly compile in real time.) BTW, this topic has nothing to do with the proposed federal land sales - which seems dead now.

The assassination attempt on President Trump, Butler PA - I haven't forgotten. FirstNet was responsible for the communications outage. FirstNet is part of AT&T, but created by Booz Allen, for the DOD. In particular by a subsidiary of Booz: The Lafayette Group. And who works there - Ryan Macias. The Lafayette Group is big time friends with the Biden family. "In December 2018 Ryan Macias attended the Ukrainian Election Conference as a representative of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. In March/April 2019 Zelenskiy was elected President of Ukraine." credit @jeffmfulgham Ryan Macias was in Fulton county GA overseeing all Dominion voting techs. Macias was there when they found the missing ballots (not for Trump, for Biden). Hours later Biden "wins". "I have SO many questions about this. Internal Fulton Logs for Logic and Accuracy Testing show them moving usbs and uploading them. More interesting, the Notorious Ryan Macias of the elections group is the one who created the doc. "Cards sent for upload" and "voted" tabs..." credit @TheAndersPaul Ryan Macias led the CISA/EACs Dept approving voting machines. He is (or was) a paid CISA consultant. CISA's Ryan Macias attempted to lie his way onto the election audit floor in Arizona. He got caught. Ryan Macias testified against Kari Lake at that trial, he testified for Katie Hobbs. Where Macias was caught reading some of his testimony off a computer screen. Ryan Macias setup and fiddled (i.e. helped cheat) in Delaware County PA elections. Ryan Macias is good friends with Kris Krebbs ("most honest secure election in history" gag) person fired by President Trump. Ryan Macias worked for CISA (see image). Ryan Macias worked for the federal Election Assistance Commission from 2016-2019. "Noah Praetz Elections group, Noah was Director of Elections Cook County, Noah worked with James Allen, James Allen left Cook County and became Director of Elections Delaware County PA to help spoilate and cover up fraud) of which we witnessed and testified to as well." credit @hoopes_leah Ryan Macias co-founded The Elections Group with Noah Praetz. The Elections Group email I obtained via public records with their President Ryan Chew is shown here. Note the email says "3:00am" The observers were kicked out by Claire Woodall-Vogg at 10:30-11pmCST on Nov 3rd 2020. She is the former city of milwaukee elections clerk. Claire is on video coming out of the Central Count building at 3:06am. The big vote spike for Biden happened when she got the memory cards to the Milwaukee County clerk George Christensen. Who uploaded them into the WisVote system very close to 3:42amCST Nov.4th. That more faded email image here shows Ryan Chew works for The Election Group. Ryan Macias works for The Election Group also, and CISA (formerly), and The Lafayette Group and had his direct hands in FirstNet. FirstNet uses Cradlepoint routers. The same routers used in voting systems which also have Albert Sensors installed. The Elections Group had a full time employee of theirs embedded in the City of Milwaukee's election office, Room 501 at City Hall. Omar Sheik - see the other image here, it is from the transcript of Woodall-Vogg's sworn deposition I took. Omar Sheik of The Elections Group was in the back conference where Vogg was printing ballots on the ES&S ballot on demand machines (two). Printing ballots for 2 weeks (she testified to that) before the Nov 3rd election. Firstnet I believe is being used to help steal our elections. There are key points from the Verizon employee's deposition I took supporting it. "NOVEMBER 2nd, 2020 (one day before The US Presidential Election) - Ericsson completes acquisition of Cradlepoint." credit @Vltra_MK "Ericsson and NeuStar empower FIVE EYES (FVEY) - they use 911 EMERGENCY SERVICES backdoor porting/routing software and tech to have carte blanche access to YOU, YOUR DATA, YOUR VOTE and YOUR FREEDOM." Vltra_MK "Ericsson's conduct in KNOWINGLY aiding & abetting Terrorists to Kill American Soldiers..." Vltra_MK This is true, Ericsson paid a fine. "Ericsson radio equipment is found in both AT&T (Firstnet) and Verizon LTE." credit @GuySmith1713057 ES&S and Dominion use Cradlepoint routers (at the county level). They use Verizon (here in Wis. and AT&T in other states). By 2018 FirstNet was in all 50 states, all 50 Governors at the time signed on, for 'safety and security'. As said Ryan Macias had his hands in this. Look who is/was on the board of directors for FirstNet (in quoted tweet of @TonySeruga below here) - Merrick Garland and Alejandro Mayorkas. Mayorkas the former head of the DHS, which CISA is a sub-division of, which Ryan Macias worked/advised for. There is even more to this story, much more. Getting the picture? @Rasmussen_Poll @honestpollster @EmeraldRobinson
