A couple of Dorset stiles. A dedication on the first one, or repurposed gravestone? Cow daring me to cross the other. I dared. @lak

@StevenFalk1 I saw my first #beefly today, hurrah! But I can't identify it. I thought it my might be Heath Bee Fly but it was in my garden in Cornwall. Can you help me? Sorry for the terrible phone pics...

As @nickhayesillus1 says, it’s not swimmers poisoning our rivers or ramblers burning moorland. It's water firms dumping sewage, landowners burning peat & Govt failing to help farmers adopt agroecological farming. We must enable public to be guardians of nature, not its destroyers

@CBromley8 @Tory4A @LukePollard Similar to the street trees in Sheffield, some genuinely had to be removed, but other iconic and veteran trees could have been retained with more skilled maintenance and investment, which would have benefited residents. The chainsaw is wielded too easily.

Overnight Plymouth’s Conservative council chopped down nearly 100 trees in the city centre. It’s a scene of environmental devastation and utter council vandalism. I’m appalled at the actions of the Tory Council. Sad day for our city. #plymouth #ArmadaWay

@georgiewildbray @tommlancaster This is the classic grey area of MT when it's not clear if the bullet points mean *and* or *or*. So frustrating when this leads to confusion and too high thresholds for delivery (WHY does a box need to meet all three criteria?!) but unlikely to be a workaround on the IT system.

@tommlancaster So this is the large wildlife box... I took these three options (in the top) as that you had to satisfy one of, and we have all around habitat. I was told I couldn't do it because I didn't have HS1 or HS8 in (which are farm building options I tried to argue it and didn't work

Applying for countryside stewardship and wanting to put a barn owl box on a field boundary between two grass margins this has been declined as I have to put it on a barn!? I know it's a BARN owl, but they did actually originally evolve to live in tree holes, not barns...

Fowey Harbour, Cornwall.' (1887) Frank Brangwyn was among the new generation of artists who painted radically different coastal pictures in Britain in the 1880s, their vision sharpened and modernised by the new methods which came with hand-held photography.
