I like this video as it teaches people that the so called pounded yam flour isn’t made with 100% yam. However, I think the preservatives are fine for consumption. Yesterday, I had an extensive intellectual conversation with my governor H.E Peter Mbah in his office. Soft spoken but super brilliant. We discussed extensively about his education vision for the state and also the current state of UNN hostels. He has spoken with the Vice Chancellor on it already even before we came yesterday. I hope the VC does something quickly. We will give the University till July 1st. If nothing is done by then, we will proceed to the law court.
