Replace @billcom for wires to LATAM and provide Enterprise support (compliance and tax. Sending money to LATAM is tricky because bank accounts are often frozen because banks fear drug money). I was charged around $900 dollars due to a system error that bill.com made (which their support team refuses to acknowledge. They logged it as a change I made, but logs clearly show 4 system changes and then 1 'user change' all made within 1 minute of each other). Bill.com changed the payment currency to be 'local' then charged absurd conversion fees.

Crazy week for $BILL. The stock got puked hard M-Th w/SaaS sell-off, reported strong results last night, and Bloomberg now reporting H&F, a private equity fund, is in talks to acquire it. Past comps say $75 is realistic (still 60% upside from current price), but have SaaS PE deal multiples repriced materially due to events of the past couple weeks? We’ll see. No position in $BILL.
