@SixtRentACar woeful service at Barcelona airport. Only 5 people in the queue. Been here +30 mins & only one person been seen by the 2 behind the desk. Rubbish

@Barclaycard so you answered the phone after 5 hours 26 mins on hold then cut me off.... I’m livid.... @TheFCA you must take action. This is woeful.

@Barclaycard you’re taking the mickey now... this is unacceptable. I have a credit balance I want back. How do I get it if I can’t speak to anyone?

@Barclaycard 5 hours now on hold. A response here with some alternative direction would be helpful. @TheFCA welcome any support you can provide here. One of the largest banks in the world can’t answer the phone for nearly 25% of the day, the queue can’t surely be that long.

@Barclaycard been on hold for 1 hr 30 mins. You say you’re here to help in this time of crisis. No your not. You can’t be contacted. Unacceptable, even in these times. If you can’t be contacted, don’t publicise that you can be. It’s a lie. Please tell how I can speak to someone?
