@tobyasky You could add trivia after games. That might be difficult during the group stages due to many games but you could start during the knockout stages so you can figure out people who actually watch the games live and not on live scores.

During the world cup, I was thinking of having a space of like 5-10 minutes after each game, for us to just discuss our observations, and all. ...but the timing is crazy, some people don't stay alone, and I cannot imagine people talking at 3am in the morning on a space lol. I think the problem with Trent and other British players who have played in Real Madrid is the media. When they played in England, the media barely focused on them. The few times the media try to scrutinise, you see pundits and fans coming for their heads. It is a totally different ball game in Spain: the media are in your face every time, and the demand is x10 higher than it was in England. I think what British players should do moving forward is speak with former players about the pressure and how they cope before signing. But most times, these players barely focus on the pressure because what is on their mind is playing for the biggest club in the world. Gareth Bale struggled at the latter stage of his career at Madrid and he said the club is a media frenzy and they want to be on the news every time, which he doesn't like. I hope Gordon has also put this into consideration, as playing for Barcelona doesn't stop on the pitch even tho a lot more is demanded from you on the pitch. Trent is a fantastic right back and everyone knows that passing the ball is his prowess and I'm unsure if there is any right back that does that better than him in the world currently. However, his greatest flaw has been his defence skills. This vulnerability has been exploited so much last season because La Liga players are good with the ball. He is still young and just maybe his future lies somewhere else outside Madrid because he is not the ideal Mourinho choice of defenders.
