@Carvana I’m very disappointed. Bought car last Monday without a working taillight. They said would call in 24hrs. Nope. Had to call them Friday. Set up appointment for Monday to fix. Nope. Drive there and Garage wouldn’t take because they have not been paid.

@Carvana sets up phone call for noon with warranty company. Nope! Crickets. A car that they inspected was given to us without the repair. They knew it was there because taillight is marked. Note it’s my responsibility to handle everything.

@DebLerro @Carvana That’s what I thought too when I sold my car to them last Tuesday only to have the check bounce and now the wire transfer not go through either…complete mess and nightmare!! Still haven’t been paid and tomorrow is going to be a whole week!!!

This is day 22 without my car: @Carvana provided keys that don’t fit the manual lock on my 2025 Jeep Wagoneer. @DARCARS has been incompetent and has stopped work on repair. Customer service is a JOKE and I DO NOT recommend either company.

Unfortunately have been incredibly disappointed and let down by @Carvana - They should have never tapped into the new car market and stuck with what they knew best. Missing 2 critical forms for vehicle registration and despite multiple calls, they still can’t get it right.

@Carvana horrible, unbelievable customer experience. Put a down payment on a car, was not verified and now that they cannot verify, the order is canceled but my down payment is held for 10 to 15 business days? I’m sure this business practice is hidden behind a lot of fine print
