@CarvanaHelp I got an email at 7:30 am on a Sunday that one of my documents for my trade in was not usable and my deadline to get it remedied was on the same Sunday or I lose my appointment that I ABSOLUTELY can not reschedule… What on earth? This needs to be fixed!

@CarvanaHelp my client bought a vehicle from you last Nov. Took it in to the dealership they found, the vehicle was previously in an accident and it was covered up with a neat paint job so it won’t be detected - phone support unhelpful. Over to you and/or our lawyers with proof?

@CarvanaHelp I purchase a vehicle Mar 19 and have been delayed 4 times and now today for a 5 time till May 27. Carvana do not sale vehicle that are actually ready to be sold when they post online. This was been the worse car buying experience I have ever had.

@CarvanaHelp @melindasuejo @melindasuejo @CarvanaHelp they have gone way down hill. They tried to sell me a car with cigarette smoke, tried to charge me more to to replace that, lied about it not having a recall, lied about what features the car has then told me the wrong days when I could pick up.

@CarvanaHelp I just bought my third vehicle with carvana. When I took the stickers off the windshield one of them was covering a broken place in the windshield that was not disclosed on the vehicle listing. I reached out for help and my request was denied.

@CarvanaHelp my 2022 ford explorer is a great car! your warranty not so much. 4 days after getting car it started with a warning dash light that took 3 garages to get fixed. Now your warranty company is playing games with my reimbursement for out of pocket expenditures. No bueno!

@CarvanaHelp @carvana your warranty company Silver Rock is a scam and you should stand behind your vehicles. We paid so much force warranty and they took a month to put in a new transmission. Four days later transmission seized up. No rental no shop open. Ruined my Thanksgiving!
