Lansing Public Power has 2 outages currently. Ann Arbor has over 15,000. @DTE_Energy literally bragged to its shareholders this year about deferring maintenance to increase profits. Public power utilities don't do that because they are not driven by profit. @a2publicpower

I have worked with township, county and state representatives to no avail. # of outages and duration (citation not at hand) does show DTE to be particularly bad.
