@marshmallowist really concerned the order I made on 6th December isn’t going to get here on time. Apparently sent on Monday but now DHL saying “delayed” with no other info. Can you help at all?

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I guess I was asking if it was possible to find out if the problem had been found and thus when a resolution might be. It was a question specific to this outage rather than a general one. It’s been off over 24 hours.

@cathhrob Hi Catherine, if the test is advising you've got a local outage then it means that the engineers are already working on getting that sorted as quickly as they can. We can't tell how long this will take as the repair time will vary depending on what the engineers find. ^CD

@SkyHelpTeam Outage in BD24- tried the connection test and called the helpline and confirmed exchange problem. Any estimate for resolution? Home working, kids in isolation, no mobile internet up here!

@TheBlueUlysses I’ve often said one of the most important camping skills is knowing exactly how much rum to drink so that you can actually sleep but you don’t need a wee in the night. This certainly adds another dimension!

@LandRover_UK Incredibly disappointed to be faced with a bill for over £1800 for a new turbo in a car only just out of warranty. Clearly not fit for purpose.

@DocManniday Andy’s tire wasn’t seated properly once when he was pumping it up with that glittery sealant. There was a loud bang and a very angry glittery man. Still find bits of it on unexpected items in the garage.

@01misterdom @passportwaiting This illustrates the discrepancies in dealing with applications- I applied before you and I’m still waiting. Booked my holiday pre-pandemic, informed passport service of travel date yet someone with no travel booked, applied later has got theirs. Not your fault but frustrating!

@passportwaiting Applied Sunday 28 June. Printed July 21st. Given backlog, really pleased with service. Can now book a holiday 'abroad' if we choose. Didn't put cart before the horse.

@passportwaiting Child renewal Peterborough. Called once, no joy. Sent dm to official Twitter page with my flight date, got a message back saying they’d emailed my info over and I may need to provide evidence of travel. 3 days later it’s sent! Keep calm and polite when contacting them! Very happy
