Never received any email about the cancellation or the claim I made online -- or even the refund itself (I just noticed a credit in my bank account). I'd suggest smothering them with calls until someone gives in

@Sughammer This video was awesome, I have been slowly reaching the same conclusion as my models for smaller count games (blood bowl) just don't pop enough. Brighter colours needed and less taking down.

@themobisfickle @_ashmair @loreleiGrande @Pakkott @vueling I found someone who was actually helpful (took me 11 tries phoning to work out the automated system). She recommended raising a case on the website under Help -> Denied Boarding

@cdeezmups @_ashmair @loreleiGrande @Pakkott @vueling I'm more towards the if. I spoke to someone yesterday and explained the scenario. Their response was "ok what do you want?". They then told me to go somewhere on the help page that doesn't exist. Like a well oiled machine

@vueling I was meant to be on the 15:25 flight from LGW to Bilbao. We were taken airside and told Vueling would help. No one available, hundreds waiting, phone support says to wait for the email but nothing has arrived.

@_ashmair @vueling I was meant to be on the same flight, could see the plane taxing as we walked out of the airport through gate 19. I haven't received an email yet, have you?

@vueling What is this? VY6306, the flight I had a ticket for. I was told it was cancelled at the airport but it’s now in flight? What is going on?? No communication from you at all. Extremely poor service. Where’s my compensation email?
