Never received any email about the cancellation or the claim I made online -- or even the refund itself (I just noticed a credit in my bank account). I'd suggest smothering them with calls until someone gives in

@cdeezmups @_ashmair @loreleiGrande @Pakkott @vueling I'm more towards the if. I spoke to someone yesterday and explained the scenario. Their response was "ok what do you want?". They then told me to go somewhere on the help page that doesn't exist. Like a well oiled machine

@vueling this post simply isn’t true. Myself and many othered have NOT received any email, offers for alternative flights or accommodation since our flights were cancelled yesterday, some over 24 hours ago?

@loreleiGrande @Pakkott @vueling Yeh, I was meant to be on the same flight. It’s looking like they’re not even admitting it was cancelled. It did fly but was empty. Haven’t heard a thing from Vueling.

Debido a una incidencia en el sistema informático, se están produciendo alteraciones en los sistemas de Aena y en los aeropuertos de la red en España, lo que podría provocar retrasos. Estamos trabajando para solucionarlo lo antes posible. Mientras, las operaciones se están desarrollando con los sistemas manuales.

@vueling Hi there - if we have a group 1 car seat, do we need to pay the special equipment fee (£75 each way in our case)? For group 0+, it would be free so I am hoping there might be a small fee given our 22 month old is still under 2 years old . Thanks for the help, Steve

@SoEnergyUK This link is worse than useless. We have had a smart meter installed by you but the engineer could not activate so do not have it connected. Contacted you several times but no one ever ever responds. Useless service!!

@HaierAppliances hi there - we recently purchased a HAIER Washer Dryer. When we run the dry cycle, it locks our clothes inside until the full cycle finishes. This is a real issue if we just wanted to dry clothes another 10 min. Can you please help? Thanks
