@AmericanAir Thank you. Our flight and others were on the runway at ORD for more than an hour. Which caused pretty much everyone on our flight to miss their connection. Had we been able to get to a gate, 50% of us would have made their flights.

@AmericanAir hey there. AA6138 has been complete and utter cluster. Delayed because printer was out of paper. Delayed because missing gate crew to push off. Delayed…delayed… gate change upon arrival to ORD but oh wait! There’s another plane at that gate so we she to wait more

.@AmericanAir my first outbound was delayed so I got on this one, now I missed the 2nd connecting flight booked today, and you think it’s better for me to arrive at DFW at midnight and leave for SAN 7 hours later than to actually find another flight to get me there tonight.
