@FriendWithin what if you don't announce the line up while people are aware it's gonna be someone relevant. You never see who is playing, to see who was playing you get handed a fortune cookie with set times and dj names inside but only after you leave.

Club night idea. Name: ONE WAY ONLY™️ Idea: The DJ plays behind one-way glass. The DJ can see the crowd. The crowd cannot see the DJ. At unspecific times the glass briefly becomes two-way to reveal who the DJ is. Line-ups will be announced but no set times.
