Respectfully disagree as a citizen with the views of the oil industry experts. We as citizens do not & should not trust..."Trust me bro" type of moments in our already dilapidated hard to survive, surviving on EMI lives. Nor should we be subjected to this. Here is the quick breakdown of why mismatched hardware creates a toxic combination: 📉 Improper Combustion. Older engines cannot inject enough volume to offset ethanol’s lower energy density. This causes a "lean" burn, leading to incomplete, dirty combustion. 🧪 Carcinogenic Surge. Incomplete ethanol burn partially oxidizes into Acetaldehyde and Formaldehyde. Both are WHO Group 1 human carcinogens. Toxic emissions can double or triple. 🔥 Catalytic Destruction. Unburnt pre-catalyst fuel floods the exhaust system. The actual E 20 is Power 95. Xp95 It is 10 rs costlier than normal petrol. The normal petrol is god knows how much adulterated. Beware.. we are not saving anything under this scam of ethanol .@tehseenp .@nachiket1982

This should end the fear around E20 petrol. India did not start mixing ethanol in petrol overnight. The programme began with just 1.5% ethanol in 2013 and 2014 and gradually reached 20% in 2025, five years before the target. It was tested by experts, backed by scientific studies, and discussed with the auto industry. Don’t believe every viral claim about E20. Trust facts, not fear.
