@LoriMills4CA42 I sued FTB in Superior Court. In the documents propounded, FTB had counted many of my estimated tax payments multiple times. I believe the tax increases are to hide that the deficit is bigger than advertised because they've been falsifying revenue. Proof: gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=917

California’s Dem Supermajority just did it AGAIN. Record $356 BILLION budget passed with NEW tax hikes on insurance, digital software (QuickBooks/Zoom), health plans, PLUS another gas tax increase hitting July 1 (up 2.2¢ to 63.4¢/gallon, highest in the nation). Revenues are UP, but they keep squeezing drivers and families. No Republican votes needed. One-party rule means endless spending and taxes. Sacramento has a spending addiction, not a revenue problem. Flip the supermajority in 2026, before they tax us into the ground. #TaxedEnoughAlready #NoGasTaxHikes #CADemocratsFail #EndTheSupermajority

You paid $51 billion for California government this year. There’s no data showing what you got for it. So we reviewed the closest thing that exists: state auditor reports—independent investigations the executive branch didn’t ask for and can’t suppress. We found child abuse cases open 18x longer than the legal limit, $10.4B in unverified unemployment payments, and wage theft claims unresolved for five years. How did we get here?

@silentgiant916 @ConstitustionX At this point, I am convinced that the purpose of Sanctuary Cities/States is to protect the human traffickers, not the migrants. In Jan, CA legislators passed a bill agreeing to turn a blind eye to trafficking as long as the state gets a cut of the $: gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=4284

@ConstitustionX Miller's accusations align with ongoing 2026 legislative efforts like the Shut Down Sanctuary Policies Act and prior warnings from his affiliated groups about potential criminal liability for local officials impeding federal immigration enforcement.

How many more innocent lives must be ruined before America wakes up? 🔥 SHARE if you want these monsters held ACCOUNTABLE! #CrimesAgainstHumanity #StopTheTrafficking #MAGA

@ConstitustionX The list of people involved in child trafficking is never ending and I'll be exposing it all from the inside out very soon. We can never turn our backs on what's been going on or to the people committing these acts of pure evil. It is a massive foundation of corruption

@ConstitustionX It's much worse than this. CA legislators passed a bill in January agreeing to turn a blind eye to trafficking as long as the state gets a cut of the $. They've also passed numerous laws that facilitate child trafficking: gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=4284

You gotta hand it to California governments: they are constantly finding innovative new ways to get money. In the Central Valley, one agency tried to get voters to pass a $35 cemetery parcel tax: a total non-starter for those of us who prefer cremation. Fortunately, it lost.

@friedberg I think a bigger problem is the current prevalent "equity" mentality, where we need to guarantee equal results for all. Since some students are slow/lazy, the only way to guarantee equal results is to stop the smart/motivated from achieving: youtube.com/watch?v=NE_l7w…

government destroys value. in this case, the value of an American education was destroyed in ~40 years. if there’s no marketplace for customers (parents of students) to demand value (quality of education for price paid) by simply going to another service provider (school or educator), it is inevitable that costs will go up and quality will go down. this is true of any service provided by government, which effectively grants itself a monopoly, deleting the opportunity for other service providers to compete in offering better value to customers/citizens…

When Jimmy Carter purchased the teachers’ union’s endorsement in 1979 by establishing the Department of Education, the USA was #1 in education. 46 years and $4.1 trillion dollars later, the USA is #40. We are, however, #1 in cost per student.

Silly CalTax. These people serve only their public employee unions masters. Who require constant tax increases to keep growing the salary, pay, benefits and sheer number of government workers.
CalTax@CalTax

The taxes being considered in the Assembly would increase costs for consumers, harm businesses, undermine investment and weaken California’s economic competitiveness. Affordability is a top concern for Californians, and these bills would move the state in the wrong direction.

THE COST-OF-LIVING CRISIS JUST GOT WORSE. CA Democrats passed a budget that raises taxes, drives up healthcare costs, keeps gas prices high, and leaves taxpayers with a growing budget deficit. Government spending is up. Services are down. Working families are paying the price. WATCH:

@Herb4Controller That is about the money FISCAL reports. I'm talking about the off-the-books account, which you won't have access to until you take office. But are you committed to exposing it when you do instead of covering it up like your predecessors have?

Herb W Morgan@Herb4Controller·
Statement by Herb W. Morgan, Republican Nominee for California State Controller I have no knowledge or evidence indicating whether Governor Gavin Newsom has committed any crimes. Determining such matters is not within my responsibilities as a candidate or, if elected, as State Controller. However, the people of California have an unequivocal right to know how their tax dollars are being spent. Radical transparency in government operations can either substantiate concerns or fully exonerate public officials. Upon my election, I will implement a comprehensive public database that includes all state transactions, encompassing those involving nongovernmental organizations (NGOs). This system will feature an advanced “Ask-Herb” AI research tool, empowering citizens to examine the data directly and reach their own informed conclusions. The platform will incorporate eight years of historical state spending records to provide essential context and continuity. This approach ensures accountability, restores public trust, and places the power of oversight where it belongs—with the citizens of California. Go “Ask Herb” Now: CaliforniaRadicalTransparency.com
