i participated in 3 bounties on @SuperteamEarn & @SuperteamNG last month and got something from all 3
-> @cyreneai - i got an honorable mention and the team sent me stimmy for participating
-> @cortexagent - i didn’t win the bounty but i bagged a badge and a gig
-> @FinnaHQ - i didn’t win but was selected for their creators campaign
so yeah, no big wins but still 3/3 outcomes
most people treat bounties like luck
you’re using them to get work, exposure, and connections
that’s better long term
if you keep going:
- gigs turn into steady work
- campaigns grow your audience
- mentions build your name
only thing i’d say:
- start posting your results more
- show what you did and what you got
that’s how more people start coming to you

in 2013, the FBI took down the founder of silk road(the biggest black market the internet had ever seen) they didn’t need a warrant. they didn’t need a wiretap. they just followed the bitcoin transactions and honestly? good. that’s how it should work for criminals but here’s what nobody talks about - the same transparency that caught a drug lord is the same transparency applied to you every token you’ve moved. every wallet you’ve funded. every position you’ve entered. all of it onchain. all of it visible to anyone who looks you’re not running a black market. you’re just a regular person who doesn’t think strangers should have a free map of your entire financial life when you pay cash at a store, the government can still catch criminals. you just don’t have to hand your bank statement to everyone in the room that’s all privacy really means and solana never had that option. until now - @BungeeExchange (🎥+🧵)🔻

Towards the end of last month, I participated in a few Web3 bounties for @SuperteamNG and @SuperteamEarn.
Some wins, some not but each gave me something valuable:
• @FinnaHQ → didn’t win the bounty, but got selected for their creators campaign.
• @CyreneAI → 3rd place, wrote a thread/article that stood out.
• @Vision_io → honorable mention, gained recognition and clarity.
Oh, and landed a retainer job courtesy of my skills with one of the best teams.
Most people treat bounties like luck. I treat them like opportunities for growth, connections, and exposure.
Beyond bounties, I focus on: creating educational threads, simplifying Web3 tools, and helping local communities grow.
Small steps compound. Show up consistently, and opportunities start coming to you.
I had a shaky feeling entering this month due to exams, but I’m almost done and I’ll be back better than ever.
