New Job starts today! And tbh, I'm pretty excited about it. It's a marketing content writer role for one of the largest personal growth figures in America. And I couldn't have done it without the amazing Solana community! 🏮A thread of gratitude...

In that moment, I'm experiencing the unfathomable nature of existence. Stunned beyond comprehension and teetering on the edge of collapse or liberation. Locked in and holding space, Kate's full strength radiates and washes over me. Our dyad is the most surprising gift of my life. My expectations of life partnership were always tame. I had witnessed functional relationships, practical ones and dysfunctional ones. Never did I have the privilege of witnessing a dyad holding hands as they explored the abyss. What would that feel like and what could be dared? Kate held the rope as I stepped into the expanse, steadying me with her unflinching devotion. Never once hesitating, making the unknown bearable. Nowhere in our imaginations did we ever expect this would be our shared life. Yet the path here sits in parallel with my ultimate liberation within the reality unveiled by this molecule. Yes. Yes, without condition. Yes, without prerequisite. Yes, to all things.

@bryan_johnson Ally, can we please create a sensory deprivation sleep pod to innovate the bed industry? Temp controlled, filtered air, pitch black and a partner door for the intimate moments. And less than $1000 to be competitive with matressess. It might just save the world

First, fuck off. Ok, now we’re locked in, I sincerely wish you all the best. The world is brutal. Uncaring, wanting its own at your expense and indifferent to your losses. Leaving no safe haven for reprieve and rejuvenation. Yet the want to interdigitate and be fiercely loyal to each other persists beneath the wreckage. It’s how we are built and what we are built for. Society has strip-mined our togetherness by chopping up our bonds with endless insult. We do best with shared purpose and a common enemy. We are the stewards of intelligent life. Our moral duty is to tend its continuation. Not as martyrs, but as stalwarts. Our enemy is that which makes you smaller. Count me as your ally.

@bryan_johnson I hate the say this, but the ultimate test is really to see how you sleep after losing kate~ heartbreak or loss of a loved one is one of the toughest things to sleep well through. But if you manage a cure for this, you'll have found a truly groundbreaking protocol

Everything in society attacks sleep. It’s humanity's greatest risk because it strips clear thinking. Build your life around sleep. It’s worth it. Of all the longevity stuff I’ve done, I’m most proud of my learned ability to sleep. It represents overcoming the world's dysfunctions and achieving self mastery. Image below is last night’s perfect sleep: . asleep in two min . zero stress . no rumination . no awake . 4hr+ restorative sleep . 44 bpm . body cleaned out debris and rejuvenated Everything in society attacks sleep. Hustle culture wants you to believe if you’re sleeping more than 4 hours you’re not working hard enough. Social media wants you to feel that unless you’re performatively alerting the tribe to your existence, you don’t exist. Industrial food preys upon your late night stressed out vulnerability to glutton you with their slop. Lighting suppresses your melatonin. Screens seduce you to boil your nervous system alive. Societal angst from conflict, acrimony and meanness reverberates in your ruminations. Environmental toxins create bodily dysfunction. Stress keeps you tight as a knot. This is why people can’t sleep. And when people can’t sleep, emotional regulation and higher cognitive function shut down. The body can’t clear cellular debris. The body's ability to search and kill cancel cells is diminished. The immune system is suppressed.  The body and mind break down, rendering zombie status. I’ve built my life around sleep. There is no drug or therapy that is more potent for emotional stability, cognitive performance, happiness, and wisdom. What I eat, when I eat, when I exercise, my work schedule, how I socialize, and so forth. It’s all built around sleep. It’s worth it because nothing has the power to make life better and more rich than sleep. If you’re familiar with my work, you’ve heard me say these things hundreds of times. I’m going to say them again because people have told me that it took them hearing this 100 times before they gave it a try. Once they do, it’s a bit of an embarrassing feeling knowing that we’ve all been foolish, always knowing sleep is a good idea but then not doing it because of this or that reason. Do these things: Final meal 4 hours before bed. Screens off 60 min before bed. A 60 min wind down routine.  Walk, meditate, journal, bath, talk to a friend. Final caffeine around noon. Avoid blue lights in the evening. Use red and amber lights. Sunlight in eyes when waking. The marker for your success is your resting heart rate before bed. That which increases your heart rate before bed is bad for sleep (excluding sex) and that which lowers your heart rate is good for sleep. The list above includes things that lower your heart rate and calm your nervous system. Most importantly, it's an identity decision. Be someone who priorities sleep. People get trapped in the in-between state. They know they want it. They know it's good for them. But they're lured into the philosophies and norms of the early 21st century of sleep deprivation. Future generations will ponder

Elon Musk
Elon Musk@elonmusk·
This will be big
Teslaconomics@Teslaconomics

I don’t think people truly understand what’s about to happen with 𝕏 Money. This is Elon going back to his roots - back to x.com - and building what he always wanted in the first place: one place that runs your entire financial life. When he rebranded Twitter to 𝕏 in 2023, he said straight up that we’re adding the ability to conduct your entire financial world. He even said you may not even need a traditional bank account. Most people brushed that off. And now it’s becoming real. 𝕏 Money has already been live in closed beta internally within the company. A limited external beta is expected soon, and they’ve already secured money transmitter licenses in over 40 states plus DC. 𝕏 Payments is registered with FinCEN. Visa is officially partnered. You’ll be able to fund your wallet instantly, send peer-to-peer payments, move money to your bank, and eventually use a debit card. And I think this is just the beginning. This will probably start as a simple wallet where you can send money as easily as sending a DM. With this technology, you can pay creators, pay subscriptions, pay whatever bills, shop inside the app, get paid inside the app, and much more. Then, there will be high-yield savings, you can invest, you can get loans, have money market accounts, maybe even treasury access, cool smart cashtags that let you see live stock prices in your timeline and execute trades seamlessly, crypto integration, potentially full asset management… the list goes on and on… Elon literally said this is meant to be the central source of ALL monetary transactions. Bro… think about that for a sec. Your 𝕏 profile becomes your financial identity. Everyone you follow is already there. Everyone you interact with is already there. That social graph becomes your distribution engine. Like, you won’t need a separate banking app, no need for a separate investing app, no need for a separate payment app… this all lives where you already spend your time. Right here on 𝕏. Look at WeChat in China, which Elon always alluded to. Payments, messaging, shopping, investing - all integrated in one app. It handles $ trillions in volume and became deeply embedded in everyone’s daily life. Now 𝕏 is building the Western version of that, but with a more global reach, and xAI’s AI layered on top of all this. Before you call me crazy, you have to understand how big this opportunity is. Digital payments globally are measured in the tens of $ trillions of dollars annually. Even just capturing a small slice of that across hundreds of millions, and eventually a billion, users can change everything. 𝕏 already has the audience. That lowers customer acquisition costs significantly. Add fintech revenue on top of ads, plus float, plus lending, plus investing tools, and we’re talking about a completely different valuation profile. Now, $44B for this company looks like the bargain of the decade… this was one of the main reasons I invested in 𝕏. And if they execute the way they’ve executed at Tesla and SpaceX, this could truly fundamentally redefine how people handle $ . Most people today still see 𝕏 as just a social media app. I see it as the foundation of a financial system layered on top of a global network. Ultimately becoming the “everything” app. And this I believe is a once-in-a-generation opportunity. Elon is calling this a game-changer. I believe him.

I’d cancel your AG1 subscription. They just completed a clinical trial and the results show no clinical benefit.  This has been obvious for years.  AG1 has no real product substance and is fundamentally an influencer heist.   Two simple alternatives (75% and 56% less $), outperform AG1 in randomized clinical trials. Two simple mono-ingredient alternatives that outperform AG1: 1. Chicory inulin 12 g daily ($20/mo) 2. Resistant starch 30 g daily for 12 weeks ($35/mo) AG1 is not worth $79/mo. AG1 study results (4-weeks, N=30): + No significant changes in blood biomarkers compared to placebo (CBC, CMP, lipids). + No statistically significant improvement in digestive quality-of-life scores (p = 0.058). + No significant metabolic or inflammatory biomarker benefits of any kind within the scope of what was measured in the trial. + Only small shifts in microbiome taxa but clinically irrelevant at this stage. + The intervention did not increase microbiome diversity compared to placebo. Alpha diversity was unchanged, and the taxa changes seen were only from pre- to post-analysis within each group. Between-group differences were limited, and the placebo actually showed similar or even potentially larger shifts. This means the observed changes fall within normal placebo-driven variability, not a real treatment effect. No global microbiota shifts were detected. Chicory inulin 12 g in constipation patients + 12 g of chicory inulin daily for 4 weeks (compared to maltodextrin placebo) + Global microbiota shifts: enrichment in butyrate-producing Bifidobacterium and Anaerostipes, and depletion of the pro-inflammatory Bilophila. +The effect was seen by comparing intervention vs placebo in a cross-over setting, a very rigorous type of clinical analysis in which each person serves as their own control, eliminating a lot of individual random noise. + The trial also met its primary objective by improving constipation symptoms in the targeted patient group. Resistant starch daily 30g for 12 weeks in older adults + Significant increase in Bifidobacterium in both middle-aged and elderly participants, with an increase in the beneficial microbiome byproduct butyrate, and reductions in Proteobacteria (including inflammatory Escherichia–Shigella) in the elderly. + Resistant starch also significantly reduced blood glucose, and produced greater reductions in blood insulin and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) in the elderly group.
