The fact that everyone is not just naturally a libertarian is something I have a really hard time understanding. Like what gives so many people the compulsion to want to control other people's lives? Can't wrap my head around where the desire to do that even comes from..

@LeafandThistle Lol... Box lunch was better than a haybox full of green hard boiled eggs, the bottom half of which were just scrambled eggs you'd have to pick shell chunks out of before you shoved em in the ole pie hole. Both still better than IMP ham & eggs, though. 🤮

Box lunches. Provided to us for sustainment during a few hours while on a coach headed home. Those with some experience scarfed down those bologna or ham sandwiches quickly. Before the meat developed a shine and the lettuce got...mushy. TPT will here in an hour 1/

Being Reborn. Is a bit of a pain in the ass. But, hopefully, totally worth it. Liver cleanse, got nothin on a full body lymphatic system flush & replenishment. We can control our endocrine production of hormones with proper nutrition. breathing, yoga, meditation & sleep.

Meat causes constipation. Does it. Meat is approximately 95 to 99% digested and absorbed in the small intestine. Dietary fibre in vegetables is not digested in the small intestine. It passes to the large intestine largely intact. Constipation is difficulty passing stool through the large intestine. You cannot cause constipation in an organ your food does not reach. The 'meat causes constipation' advice was built on an association: people who eat a lot of meat tend not to eat much fibre. That is an association, not a mechanism. Associations have been doing a lot of heavy lifting in nutritional science.
