November 9 was a milestone in a journey that began 4 years ago with the release of my memoir Out From the Shadows. This is an important book in light of the world today. It is important to my family. As an 8 year old, Jordan is only beginning to understand the significance.

Why is dental not covered by OHIP? Who decided teeth aren’t part of health care? My son is having his wisdom teeth taken out tomorrow, which will cost close to $3000.
