To @AliExpress_EN and @YodelOnline. Both are zendj g me I. Circles by sending me to each of u back and fore. I brought a item from a seller on AliExpress. Yodel driver says he delivered it to front door. It's not a safe place to leave it. Seller not caring. AliExpress don't care.

Thank you @AliExpress_EN for re checking about my refund. Even it was @YodelOnline responsibility to get the rules right and not just brush it off. AliExpress now giving me a refund. Even know seller didn't. And yodel didn't.

Also @AliExpress_EN @YodelOnline. Because the driver failed at delivering the parcel safely. Because it wasn't at front door when I looked. So someone stolen my parcel and it's yodel responsibility. Now I lost out on £30 UK pound thanks to lazy drivers. And seller won't refund me

There is NEVER any information when you're not going to turn up and deem to do so two whole days late or, as in some cases, not going to arrive at all, with NO contact as to the reason why or even an update.
There is NEVER any communication if you're not going to be on time.
You NEVER knock on the door and wait for an answer before you leave a parcel out in the rain and subject to theft.
Your company is the worst for couriers in the whole of the British Isles (I hope you don't cover any more of the world!) and you are at the very bottom of the ratings re every aspect of your company and deserve to be. I don't know how you're still in business and I wouldn't recommend you if you were the only courier company (I use the term less than loosely) on the planet! We're better off getting in the car or on a train and picking the stuff up from the retailers ourselves - that would be quicker and actually reliable!
